Get to know the OneWay team! We'd like to introduce you to one of the people working behind the scenes at OneWay to help Reach People.
In the past nine years, Alex Anhalt has graduated from high school, college and law school, all while working as a writer and editor for Mission Network News.
When shadowing Ruth Kramer at MNN, Alex wrote a story, and no one could tell that it wasn’t written by a current staff member. So began his work as an MNN writer.
Alex’s favorite part of working at MNN is sharing stories of a global body of believers in an effort to show just how big the Church really is.
The mission and devotion of OneWay and MNN is also important to Alex. “They understand that quality journalism and mission-minded work complement one another,” he says. “I have so much respect for the team’s pursuit of both.”
When he’s not writing or editing for MNN, you can find Alex studying for the bar exam, spending time with his wife, Sydney, and their cat (which he owns despite being “vehemently not a cat person") and even editing and writing for fun. “As if I don’t write for work and school enough,” Alex jokes.
