NATIONS BEING IMPACTED FOR CHRIST
GIRLS IN OUR ORPHANAGE
Alistair Begg Recommends
Believing indigenous workers to be extremely efficient and effective, Streams of Living Water trains believers within the Middle East/North Africa region to reach least accessed people groups in the Arab world for Christ.
We challenge Middle Eastern & North African Christians to embrace God's global mission through powerful mobilization events and prayer cells.
We train workers in five hubs within the Middle East/North African region. Our intense biblical training incorporates both practical ministry experience and vocational training.
We send nationals to reach the lost in their own country or region. Workers are sent in teams of two to plant churches among least accessed peoples.
ISSUING A CALL
This large, annual event focuses on helping the Arab church gain a vision for reaching the Arabic-speaking world.
Our annual 3-day prayer gathering carries out an essential part of the Great Commission by interceding to the Lord of the Harvest to send out workers.
Of the 510 who attended our 2020 Mobilization Conference, 30% of adults desired further training as cross-cultural missionaries and 65% of teens desired more training.
Out of our Prayer Conferences, 23 prayer networks in 19 cities have emerged. Believers gather to pray and fast one day a week or every other week.
MEETING THE NEED
Our Tyrannus Missionary Schools in four African nations train and disciple church planters to work among the unreached. Our Impact Schools in Egypt train cross-cultural missionaries, and our Basics Schools in South Sudan include one month of training followed by a month of outreach.
410 Tyrannus Missionary Schools students trained in 2020
130 TMS and Impact grads on the field
114 trained in our first Basics School in Aweil, South Sudan
A UNIQUE MODEL
Our missionary students are sent in teams of two after receiving receive intense Bible, ministry and vocational training to help sustain them on the field.
INTO THE HARVEST FIELDS
Missionaries are being mobilized, trained, and finally deployed onto the field into some of the hardest-to-reach people groups in the Middle East & North Africa.
Church planters from our TMS and Impact training schools commit to serving on the field for at least three years after graduation. They serve in teams of two, focusing on sharing the gospel and establishing churches among an unreached people group.
Graduates from our Basics School commit to one month of intense evangelism in villages around them. Praise God for the work He is doing!
500 churches planted
5,000 leaders discipled
16,000 new believers following our Basics School in 2021
The House of Hope
Several of our mission school graduates serve at Streams' House of Hope in South Sudan. Through this girl's orphanage, Streams cares for 48 girls rescued from the ravages of a war-torn nation and the risks of being trafficked.
With the help of faithful partners, the House of Hope staff loves and nourishes these young lives through food, housing, education and discipleship. One by one, the girls' hearts are being changed as they prepare to be lights for Christ in their generation.
From Islam, I learned fear. I was told, “If you stop being a Muslim, we will kill you.” But I responded, “If I must die, I will. I choose to follow Jesus!”
In 2016, I came to Tyrannus Missionary School to learn [more so I can keep teaching] others...[Now] as I preach to Muslims, many of them come to know and love Jesus.
