50 Interns gathered at a three-day retreat to learn about the Greatest Cause in the World!

Radically Activating and Empowering the Next Generation: 50 Hearts Rewired for Missions
This year marks a landmark in OneWay's history! This past week, we welcomed 50 interns through our doors from all over the world. In this standout group of young adults there are:
30 universities across the U.S. represented
8 international students from South Korea, Kenya, Ghana and Mexico
3 MKs from Iraq, Papua New Guinea and Brazil
These amazing young people are excited to mobilize the church and reach the lost with the Gospel.
"This summer isn't just about giving 50 young adults tasks to do, it's about infesting them with a lifelong mission mindset," said OneWay Ministry President Michael Thompson.
Our interns are strong in faith and believe they can make a concrete impact in mobilizing the church and reaching the unreached with the Gospel.
When our interns arrived, we warmly welcomed them and traveled to Maranatha Bible camp in Michigan for a three-day retreat.
We wanted our interns to grow a close bond with each other and understand just how urgent the need is to raise up a generation committed to exalting Christ among all nations, especially among the unreached.
Students walked away from the retreat as a family and were motivated to use their gifts to push OneWay's mission forward: To activate people to exalt Jesus Christ and advance His gospel to the multitudes.
"Each day, I have the privilege of telling the stories of what God is doing through OneWay Ministries, like the Jesus Film Riders," said intern Samuel Sofio on the Resource Development team. "My own heart is changing, and I'm growing in affection towards the Lord and the unreached."
Our team is activating and empowering the interns as they push themselves to achieve ambitious goals.
Here are some of their kingdom goals:
Creating prayer resources for all 207 nations on earth
Mobilizing and launching 23 prayer “armies”
Sharing stories of what God is doing to inspire more Kingdom action
Throughout this summer, interns will engage in intensive discipleship and community as they serve—cultivating their God-given talents and discerning His unique calling for their futures.
