Get to know the OneWay team! We'd like to introduce you to one of the people working behind the scenes at OneWay to help Reach People.
A horseback rider, tea drinker, skydiver and kayaker, Pat Ritacco is also an essential link between Streams of Living Water’s ministry in Africa and their global partners. She handles the communications for Streams in North America and Australia as well as grant applications.
Pat works on the team remotely from her home on the East Coast. “I like the family feel of the OneWay team,” she says. “Even though I am in a different state and have not met everyone face to face, they are always quick to respond to my questions and to help when I need it.”
When she isn’t creating newsletters, you can find her reading a good mystery or playing with her grandchildren.
Her favorite Bible passage is Philippians 4:4–8, which says, "Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable — if anything is excellent or praiseworthy — think about such things.”
