Kayla Myzia has always been passionate about art. But since she couldn’t sing or play an instrument growing up, she believed that she had less to offer the Lord than her peers. “I was incredibly mistaken,” Kayla says. “Throughout childhood I developed a strong conviction and desire to use what God had created in me to create for Him.”
As a student at Moody Bible Institute, she loves being able to study her two favorite things: art and theology. When she learned that OneWay combines media and missions, using art and creativity to further God’s Kingdom, she wanted nothing more than to be a part of that process.
This summer, Kayla will join a team of interns at OneWay as a Communications Specialist, growing her skills in photography, design, social media and marketing to help communicate the impact of ministry.
