MY STORY

Ever since I was a little girl, music has been a huge part of my life. From the age of seven, I knew it would always be something I deeply loved and pursued. Whether attending orchestra concerts, learning classical piano literature, or writing worship songs, music has shaped who I am. Growing up, I was fully immersed in classical music and imagined a future playing in a symphony. But as beautiful as that world is, everything changed when I felt a clear call from the Lord into worship ministry.

Stepping away from orchestral music was hard, but I’ve found a deeper and more purposeful love in leading worship — praising Jesus no matter the season or circumstance. In a world full of fast-paced entertainment, I believe music is becoming a lost art to many. Yet, God treasures it, and I want to be a part of keeping it alive. Throughout Scripture, we see instruments and voices raised in praise. That truth has only deepened my conviction that music is still a powerful and sacred gift — one that honors the Lord.

Leading worship in this season has been incredibly sweet and shaping. God has humbled me through it, teaching me that being on a platform is a vulnerable place — one that requires total dependence on Him. My church has been such a gift as I’ve stepped into ministry. The people here have

poured into me, encouraged me, and walked alongside me as I’ve pursued this calling.

God has continually reminded me that while I only see the next step, He sees the whole picture, and He is trustworthy. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.”

This summer, I’m incredibly excited and honored to continue walking this path through an internship with OneWay Ministries. When I found out they offer a worship-focused internship just 30 minutes from home, I got excited and became expectant for a move of God. Their heart for worship and missions inspires me, and I’m so thankful for the chance to grow under their leadership.

Please join me in praying for this next season — that I would be refined, stretched, and strengthened not just in my calling, but most importantly, in my faith.

Please also consider joining me financially as I am seeking to raise support for the summer expenses and a stipend.

Will you partner with me this summer in advancing the Kingdom? Keep reading to learn more.
