MY STORY
While I grew up in the church, it wasn’t until my 30s that the Lord began opening my eyes to what He was doing around the world. In 2009, He gave me a clear and dramatic call to leave a successful teaching career and serve Him full-time in ministry.
For 15 years, I had the privilege of leading OneWay’s Prayercast and Mission Network News ministries, guiding a million people in prayer each day. This journey has deepened my passion for seeing God’s people unite in prayer to impact the world.
God has reaffirmed my calling to help people around the world pray. As OneWay's Vice President of Global Prayer Mobilization and Strategy, I give my life to seeing prayer increase worldwide. I work to equip believers to stand in the gap for global needs, trusting God to move in His power and unfold His eternal plan.
Every day, roughly 140,000 people enter eternity without a saving relationship with Jesus. There is nothing more powerful we can do to make a difference than to cry out to God. When God’s people pray, He moves. If we fail to come before Him on behalf of the needs around us, we fail to take our God-ordained part as catalysts in His work. There is work He wants to do—and He’s waiting for someone to ask.
