MY STORY
As I neared the end of high school, I pleaded with God to serve Him in full-time ministry. Soon after, I began a difficult journey. For 1,400 days, I wrestled with Lyme disease, pain, doubts, and many “Why, God?” moments. When I neared the end of my rope, I clung to God’s promise as my only hope—“Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.” (Proverbs 3:5-6) God heard my prayers, and this past summer, He brought me to OneWay Ministries for a life-changing internship!
FINDING MY PLACE IN THE GREAT COMMISSION
During the internship, I had the honor of serving as the Story Coordinator in OneWay’s communications department. As I built genuine relationships with missionaries and shared their stories, my eyes were opened to God’s burning passion to reach the over three billion people who are living and dying without ever hearing the name of Jesus.
Through my work at OneWay Ministries,
I’ve never felt more fulfilled or more
joyful in my life — I have truly found my
place in the Great Commission.
The need to reach the unreached with the gospel is urgent; we need to raise up laborers who will preach Christ among all the nations. I am excited and honored to join the OneWay team for the fall semester while I study at Cedarville University.

My Part in God's Mission

Write compelling ministry stories, donor communications, newsletters, and other content that inspires engagement and support for OneWay's mission.

Research, write, and manage grant proposals, case statements, reports, and other fundraising materials to help secure resources for ministry growth.

Coordinate key publications and communications projects, including recurring newsletters, the Annual Report, and other strategic initiatives.
