MY STORY
While growing up I’d watch the same movies again and again because we didn’t have cable — and I was always fascinated by the behind-the-scenes features on DVDs. Around that time I began to consider the effort that goes unseen toward creating the media we consume every day. Now, my time at Liberty University has helped clarify how the Lord is calling me to use multimedia to live out His Word. With an internship at OneWay Ministries I have been given the opportunity to create media that encourages others to pursue the calling God has placed on them just as I am now doing — whether that’s to pray, give, or go.
As I work to develop my ministry, trusting that God will provide me with understanding in all things (2 Timothy 2:7), being part of the OneWay team excites me because it not only allows me to contribute directly to advancing the gospel message, but also gives me the opportunity to grow in multimedia design alongside industry professionals.
My testimony does not involve a miraculous
event; I know the Lord has placed His Spirit
in my heart but I cannot trace it back to a single moment. What began as a faith rooted in fear has grown into a deep love for Jesus — one that shapes my daily intentions. This summer, I hope to build on that foundation by learning how to be a more impactful multimedia producer and preparing for life beyond marriage at the end of this year.
Through my journey, I’ve come to realize that even though I will never achieve perfection on my own, Christ still calls me to pursue excellence as a reflection of our perfect Heavenly Father (Matthew 5:48). As I commit my work to the Lord (Proverbs 16:3), I’m learning to trust that true success comes from Him alone. This mindset keeps me grounded as I pursue media ministry through OneWay, where the goal is not just excellence in craft, but impact for the Kingdom.

Grow spiritually through group teaching times, individual mentorship, small group discipleship, corporate prayer and worship events.
