Role Title: Prayercast Manager

Location: Chicago area ideal, remote considered

 

Overview:

 

Prayercast is a ministry of OneWay, a dedicated team of Christ-followers that exists to exalt Jesus Christ and advance His Gospel to the masses!

​

Prayercast uses the arts and media to activate world-changing prayer for the lost, with roughly 3 million prayer video views in more than 190 countries every month.

 

Main Goal:

 

Activate world-changing prayer by managing Prayercast resources and operations while pursuing God’s anointing and the highest levels of excellence in all ministry processes and outputs.

Responsibilities:

 

Manage all Prayercast team members, operations, and projects to implement vision and strategies.

​

• Manage an environment in which the Prayercast team can thrive 

• Train, resource, and develop the Prayercast team to excel in their work

• Manage all Prayercast resources, distribution, and communication channels

• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and with desired levels of quality

• Leverage existing and new Prayercast content to maximize prayer engagement

• Implement extended prayer campaigns

• Monitor and control expenses

Spiritual Life:

 

Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and agree with the OneWay Statement of Faith. 

 

Term:

 

The Prayercast Manager will work 15-20 hours per week. This is a long-term position, which begins ASAP. We will accept resumes through October 17 or until the position is filled.

Compensation Statement:

 

OneWay has various compensation models, including individual support-raising, stipends and salaried positions. Compensation is dependent on the individual and the position. Preference will be given to candidates who are willing to raise support, but others will be considered.
