MY STORY
Hello, friends and family,
I’m writing to share with you about an exciting opportunity I have this fall!
For much of my life, I have been pursuing the arts. When I was around 12, I was fascinated by writing, and in high school I explored movies and screenwriting. I eventually decided that music was where I was going to focus long-term. Since making that decision, I’ve pursued putting a band together as well as taken college courses such as music production.
After a few years working in retail and (more recently) online reselling of media items while I pursue my college education, I’m excited to be able to do something different. This past summer I learned more about OneWay Ministries’ internship program for gifted and passionate young adults interested in using their talents to further God’s Kingdom.
I was first introduced to OneWay several years ago when they helped to produce my mother’s music. OneWay is a missions and media ministry based in the Chicago area that seeks to rally the Church to reach the lost. In their Prayercast ministry, OneWay uses media to help lead believers around the world to pray through powerful videos, available for free online.
Because of their clear focus on advancing God’s Kingdom, I’m excited that I will be working with OneWay as an intern this semester to help further their mission and learn more about music production. I have the amazing opportunity to be discipled as well as be part of a team creating powerful media resources such as prayer videos, a new podcast and more.

MY GOALS

Grow in my skills as an audio editor and in music creation as I work alongside a team that is producing media to bring multitudes to Christ.

Serve the OneWay team by assisting in setting up and running live audio for events and gatherings in the OneWay family.

Grow spiritually through group teaching times, individual mentorship, small group discipleship, corporate prayer and worship events.

Build relationships as part of a young adult team that lives together in community housing. I'll attend retreats, staff lunches and worship with interns and the ministry team.
