Summary:
We are looking for a Composer to work alongside the OneWay Studios and Prayercast teams. The Composer will oversee creative musical output for Prayercast videos and other creative projects. Candidates should have exceptional skills in all areas of musical composition, as well as a passion to use his or her skills to advance the Kingdom of God.
Responsibilities:

Manage the musical compositions for various projects.

Ensure that the vision for all projects is preserved.

Compose original music to fit the pace and feel of projects.

Interface with co-workers and leadership for reviews and vision casting.

Spiritual Life:
Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and agree with the OneWay Statement of Faith.
Compensation Statement:
OneWay has various compensation models, including individual support-raising, stipends and salaried positions. Compensation is dependent on the individual and the position. Preference will be given to candidates who are willing to raise support, but others will be considered.
