MY STORY
During the past four years studying film and visual communication at Taylor University, I’ve been incredibly blessed to grow in my skills in video editing and audio production.
During my senior year, I’ve spent many hours researching what is next for my life. Should I pursue a career in cinematography, video production or audio engineering? Each time I would find an opportunity that sounded like it might fit my technical skills, my heart kept calling me in another direction.
As I’ve wrapped up my time in college, it’s become clear to me that my passion isn’t just about video or audio, but using my creativity, the technology of the day and my heart for people in a way that can make an eternal impact in the world.
This passion was sparked in part by the past two summers I’ve spent as an intern at OneWay Ministries. Not only did I learn great skills in audio production, leadership and team building, I also was greatly inspired to be surrounded by a team passionate about reaching people for Christ. I remember a moment last summer where I had a rededication to God and wanted to use my life to serve Him. Ever since then I have walked closer with Jesus and want others to experience that same walk.
That’s why I’ve decided to return to OneWay as a full-time staff member.
I will be working with both the Young Adult and Studios Team at OneWay. In this role, I will be able to help recruit and mentor college students who are looking to gain Kingdom-
building experience as summer interns and one-year residents. I will be able to use my passion for audio production to help produce music for OneWay artists and to create podcasts and other projects. I will plan events, put together concerts and help young people find how they can use their skills to encourage and build up the Kingdom of God.
I love seeing people grow in their skills and discover that they have more than just potential. God wants to use Christians to do meaningful work that can inspire and motivate people around the world.
This role will allow me to make an eternal difference in the world as part of an organization focused on reaching the lost with the incredible news of Jesus Christ. Would you prayerfully consider joining me in this exciting next step in my life?

Serve on the OneWay Young Adults Leadership Team to effectively run internship and residency programs, assisting in development and growth of the ministry

Work closely with the OneWay Studios and Advancement Teams to develop media resources and content specifically featuring and promoting the Young Adults program projects

Assist in developing OneWay Music by growing a community of artists, planning project and event production, and using artistic gifts for both live and studio settings

Develop skills as an audio and music producer under the direction of the Vice President of Media, including engineering podcasts and other projects
